Most agency services were never priced off what they cost to make.

The hours come from what people remember, and the price comes from what you charged last time. Nobody can say what a single deliverable costs to make, so nobody can say what it earns.

The hours you price from today are estimates.

Timesheets and process maps both run on what people remember. The Cost Check captures the work as it happens.

What you get

What it costs to make

Hours by step and by role, in dollars, using your team’s pay rates. Plus the steps that take the longest and the ones your SOPs leave out.

What you make on it

The margin at the price you charge today.

How to raise your margin

Three changes, ranked by how much margin each one adds.

You’ll have your numbers in three weeks.

Timeglass runs for two weeks on the people who make the deliverable. Your team works the way it always does. Then I turn what it captured into hours and dollars for every step.

It works best on something you make at least five times in two weeks, like a blog post or a monthly client report.

Day 1

Kickoff

In 30 minutes we pick the deliverable, name the people who make it, and approve the apps Timeglass can see.

Weeks 1 and 2

Timeglass runs

Your team works as usual while Timeglass captures the steps in the background.

Week 3

Results and a plan

Every step mapped with its cost, your margin, and three ways to raise it. We go through it together.

Your team controls what Timeglass captures.

Approved apps only

It only captures the apps your team approves.

Pause anytime

One click pauses it for a call or the rest of the day.

You review it first

You can edit or delete anything before it’s shared.

No names in the results

Results show steps and roles, never people.

No set work hours

It doesn’t matter if you work at 1 AM or 1 PM.

Deleted after 30 days

Timeglass never shares it or uses it to train AI.

Timeglass is SOC 2 Type II certified.

Before you book

Which deliverable should we pick?

Something your team makes at least five times in two weeks, so there are enough runs to see the pattern. A blog post, a monthly client report or an ad account review all work.

What do you need from me?

Thirty minutes for the kickoff, your team’s pay rates so I can put dollars on each step, and the price you charge for the deliverable.

How much of my team’s time does it take?

A few minutes to set up Timeglass and a quick look at their own entries before they’re shared. Otherwise they work the way they always do.

What happens after?

You keep the numbers and the plan. If you want to redesign the service with me, the full $3,000 comes off that price within 90 days.

$3,000flat

Timeglass seats are included. The full $3,000 comes off the price if we go on to redesign the service together within 90 days.
